Flying Star Transportation is committed to serving our customers to and are here to solve all issues when it comes to your financial information. If you believe that you have been charged more then the qutoed price or have been delayed services you have the right to dispute and late fees etc...with us from the date you have submitted your order to our office. Pleaae allow our company 24 to 48 hours to review your file with us in order for us to do a full investigations before we proceed with any refunds.  Please note that all refunds or pending investinagtions of any mistakes, overages may take up to 90 days to be completed from the date of submission.


Cancelation  Policy (subject to change)

At any time you or your affiliates have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us at anytime. Please be advised that a cancelation fee of $125.00 will be applied to your account before any refunds will released. Please submit all request to our company 24 hours in advance via email at mvandergraaf@flyingstarautotransnv.com
